1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Reflexa ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service Reflexa is a wellness application that provides guided mindfulness rituals, breathing exercises, and emotional regulation tools. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Trial: New users may receive a 7-day free trial of Reflexa Pro. You will not be charged during the trial period.

• Yearly Subscription: After the trial, Reflexa Pro costs €59.99/year, billed annually. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase option may be offered at €34.99, providing permanent access to all features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

4. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. User Conduct You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reflexa does not guarantee specific results from using the App. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability Reflexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
